Another unsuccessful evening in the English Premier League for London's Arsenal team.
On Wednesday, after a tough match in the UEFA Europa League, the Gunners faced off against Leicester City just three days later and admitted their superiority with a 0-2 defeat.
Arsenal has not been able to secure a win in their last four Premier League matches. The team under Unai Emery shows no signs of improvement and is already displaying weaker results compared to Arsene Wenger's time.
During his last 50 Premier League matches, Wenger achieved 88 points, while Emery has managed to get 87 points in his first 50 games.
In a delicate position, the Gunners should not panic, said Emery during a press conference.
"We still have time to recover," said the Spaniard. "I know we have been criticized lately, but it is normal because we are not winning our matches. We have to accept that. My message would be that the entire Arsenal community should remain calm, as we can definitely improve our game."
Emery added that the team stuck to their game plan for a long time, but crumbled immediately after the first goal from their opponents.
"Their first goal was a turning point where we lost the chance to get something out of these matches. Until then, our approach was appropriate. I am pleased that we played according to our plan, for which we were prepared," added the strategist.
