In Azerbaijan, newly risen and catching the attention of the Lithuanian national team coach, Mindaugas Kalonas might play in Germany.
Having secured a spot in the top league with the team "Revan," the 29-year-old defender has received several offers to leave.
"I don't know yet how it will be. I have various offers. Clubs from Ukraine, Germany are interested in me. Also, one of the leaders of Azerbaijan is interested," M. Kalonas told portal lrytas.lt.
The footballer stated that at the moment he is only thinking about the qualification matches for the World Cup between Lithuania and Greece on June 7th. After this match, he will return to his club and then make a final decision.
