The owners of Paris Saint-Germain team shrug off looming layoffs when they desire a certain player. The Ligue 1 team is willing to pay enormous transfer fees and salaries to the athletes themselves to achieve their goal. L'Equipe counted that even 14 of the highest-paid players in the French championships belong to PSG club. The undisputed leader is Neymar, who receives a monthly salary of 4 million euros. In second place is Lionel Messi (3.3 million), third is Kylian Mbappe (2.2 million).
