Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival at Turin's Juventus club provided huge benefits for the Serie A champions.
"Calcio e Finanza" reported that for the first time in the team's history, the team's value exceeded 1 billion euros.
This is a record achievement since 2001 when the club's shares started trading on the stock exchange.
Since July 1 of this year, the share value has risen by 55.15 percent, jumping from 0.660 euros to 1.024 euros.
"The share price began to rise this summer as soon as talks about the possible arrival of C. Ronaldo in Turin began," wrote "Calcio e Finanza."
It is reported that the turnover from the sale of club shares increased from 19 million euros in June to 301 million euros in July.
