Munich's "Bayern" leader Arjen Robben says that London will not regret the decision to acquire Rafael van der Vaart.
Just before the end of the summer transfer window, the English club acquired an attacking midfielder from Real Madrid for 11 million euros.
According to Robben, now "Tottenham" is equal to another London team "Arsenal": "Before the agreement with van der Vaart, I thought that Arsenal was a stronger team, but now no one distinguishes them," said Robben, who is a teammate of van der Vaart at "Tottenham" in the Dutch national team.
"With Rafael in the lineup, 'Spurs' have one of the best midfielders in the English league, maybe even the best."
