Back in September, another Brazilian player at Real, Vinicius, also acquired Spanish citizenship.
This means that the "royal club" now has all three spots freed up for players from continents other than Europe. Spanish teams have three spots available for such players. Meanwhile, Brazilians with dual citizenship are now considered European players.
One of the contenders to fill one of the three spots is 16-year-old "Palmeiras" prodigy Endrick, who Real Madrid is actively interested in. According to "Marca", the Madrid club should soon make an offer.
