On Friday evening, the 17th round of matches of the "Serie A" league took place, in which "Roma" secured a convincing victory away from home, defeating "Fiorentina" 4:1.
The visitors took the lead in the 19th minute when Edin Džeko directed the ball into the net from inside the penalty area left unattended.
Just a few minutes later, Aleksandar Kolarov doubled the lead for the "Roma" team with a penalty kick.
"Fiorentina" did not intend to give up easily and reduced the deficit in the 34th minute through Milan Badelj.
However, "Roma" proved their superiority in the second half of the match and scored two more goals: Lorenzo Pellegrini scored in the 73rd minute, and Nicolo Zaniolo in the 88th.
After this victory, "Roma" remains in fourth place in the league standings.
