"Roma" president James Pallotta refuses to confirm rumors that this summer the capital city team will lose its secure line leaders Radja Nainggolan and Miralem Pjanic.
According to media reports, 28-year-old Belgian R. Nainggolan will join London's "Chelsea" team led by Antonio Conte this summer, while M. Pjanic is close to reaching an agreement with Turin's "Juventus".
However, J. Pallotta refuses to confirm these reports and claims that both players will represent the Roma team next season.
"I have already said that we will not sell Nainggolan and Pjanic", said the "Roma" manager to the "Gazzetta dello Sport". "I want to continue seeing them wearing the 'Roma' jersey."
In addition, M. Pjanic himself also denied rumors about "Juventus": "I have a contract with the club until 2018. Of course, football is unpredictable and you never know what might happen. But at the moment, I am happy and enjoy playing with such teammates."
Both players are highly valued in the market with substantial amounts - starting from 40 million euros."
