"Roma" team can soon strengthen their defense. Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the "Serie A" club is successfully negotiating the loan of "Porto" defender Sergio Oliveira. A loan fee of 1 million euros until the end of the season is being discussed for the 29-year-old Brazilian. If S.
