"Roma" forward Francesco Totti insists that Turin's "Juventus" will have a hard time fighting for the Italian champions title this season, as the capital team is at the same level.
In the "Serie A" championship, Antonio Conte's players are currently confidently leading, but the Rome city team in second place is 6 points behind the leaders.
Over the weekend, the 21st round of the Italian championship took place, in which "Juventus" dropped points, while "Roma" confidently defeated Verona's "Hellas" players away.
"We had to win these matches in order to resist the "Juventus" club for the first place in Italy," Totti told the "Corriere dello Sport" newspaper.
The 37-year-old footballer added: "I think we are at the same level as the "Juventus" team."
