On the thirteenth day of the European Championship, the national teams of Slovakia and Romania met.

The match ended in a 1:1 draw.

Slovakia took the lead in the 24th minute through Ondrej Duda.

In the 37th minute, Romania's defender Razvan Marin scored from the penalty spot to equalize the score.

After this match, both teams collected 4 points. Romania unexpectedly finished first in the group, while the Slovaks finished third.

Stanislav Lobotka was chosen as the best player of the match. This is his second such recognition in the European Championship.
