The legendary Brazilian footballer Ronaldo joked that he could still help Madrid "Real" club on the field if needed.
Having worn the "Real" team jersey for five years in the past, Ronaldo is convinced that the "white" team lacks nothing, and the results will soon improve.
"I don't think Madrid lacked anything in the past few years," said Ronaldo. "Last season, they had difficulties at the same time, but ended the season with Champions League and La Liga trophies."
"We are happy to have extended the contract with Benzema. He will score his goals, we just need to be patient. The same will happen with Cristiano Ronaldo, who just needs time to get back on track," continued the Brazilian.
And finally, the former footballer, now 41 years old, added: "If the "Real" team really lacks goals in attack, I am ready to come back and help them (smiling)."
Ronaldo has scored 104 goals in 177 matches for the "Real" team.
