Yesterday Ronaldo met with sports director Jorge Valdano and openly stated that Baptista would be a good purchase.
The Brazilian, playing his first season abroad, managed to score 18 goals in the Spanish championship ("La Liga"). He is surpassed in the ranking of the most productive Liga players only by Ronaldo himself and the star Mista.
Baptista made his debut for the Brazilian national team this year in a match against Ireland.
