Brazilian football legend Ronaldo returns to Madrid's "Real" club.
The 39-year-old former striker is returning to the ranks of the Spanish vice-champions not as a player, but as an advisor to Florentino Perez. Ronaldo will work alongside the "Real" president and will also be a club ambassador in all matters.
Ronaldo has been without a job related to football for some time. The legendary striker ended his career in 2011. Ronaldo has played for teams such as "Barcelona," Milan's "Inter" and "Milan," but the best years of his career were spent in Madrid.
In less than six seasons, Ronaldo played 177 matches for "Real" and scored 104 goals. With the "whites," the Brazilian triumphed twice in the "La Liga" championships and was named the best footballer on the planet.
It seems that F. Perez is trying to gather all the legends into the club. Zinedine Zidane serves as head coach, the youth teams are coached by Guti and Roberto Carlos, and Emilio Butragueno holds the position of sports director.
