21' Vitalijus Kavaliauskas
72‘ Povilas Lukšys
The main match of the round took place at the Darius and Girėnas sports center stadium in Kaunas. The champions FBK "Kaunas" fought against the vice-champion Panevėžys "Ekranas." The match started better for the visitors, who had more control over the ball in the middle of the field. However, they failed to create any dangerous chances. In the 21st minute, the ball was received in the penalty area by Povilas Lukšys, his shot was saved by Padimanskas, but Kavaliauskas rushed to repeat the attempt and scored the first goal. The Kaunas team was obviously unhappy with the result and had to press their opponents. They succeeded - the closest to an equalizing goal was Gvildys, but his long-range shot sailed too high. As usual, the in-form Saulius Mikoliūnas played actively, but he had to be substituted soon.

As always, Šenderis Giršovičius in the second half released the powerful Ričardas Beniušis onto the field. Immediately, there were active passes from the wing, but Beniušis lacked accuracy in several episodes. Missed opportunities proved costly for the hosts - Lukšys, the most effective player in the league, doubled the lead in one of the counterattacks by the Panevėžys team. This secured "Ekranas's" victory, and at the end of the match, neither team tried to change anything.

34' Nerijus Vasiliauskas
68' Darvydas Šernas

At the beginning, the hosts were more active in the match, controlling the ball more, but the good defending by the visitors prevented them from threatening the goal. "Vėtra" created chances from set-pieces, but they failed to score after corner kicks by Grudzinskis and Vasiliauskas. In the 25th minute, it didn't go well for the "Vilnius" team - Radavičius' long-range shot bounced off the crossbar, then off the goalkeeper, but the ball didn't end up in the net. Again, soon, a very dangerous attack by the hosts, but Vasiliauskas cleared the ball from the goal line. The first goal came in the 33rd minute: Stonkus passed the ball to Vasiliauskas in the penalty area, and he sent the ball into the net. The game became more intense, but the half ended without further goals.

The interval didn't benefit both teams, as the second half started with dull play, much of it fought in the middle of the field. In the 55th minute of the second half, Panka had a good chance, but his inaccurate shot did not equalize the score. After 8 minutes, a corner was lifted, a scramble in the penalty area, and Šernas scored the second goal. After scoring for the second time, "Vėtra" withdrew to defend, and during one counterattack, Šernas shot wide. Meanwhile, "Vilnius" no longer created more dangerous chances and suffered their fourth defeat of the season.

The residents of Marijampolė had a better start to the match, but they conceded a goal as early as the 16th minute - Čepas was brought down in the penalty area, and Kaušpadas converted the penalty. The hosts immediately pressed their opponents after the missed goal, but forwards Sagnai and Radzinevičius couldn't beat the opposing goalkeeper, Malinauskas.

In the second half, the hosts again created several chances, but Sagnai failed to beat the opponents' goalkeeper. In the 64th minute, Jasaitis scored the second goal, and after thirteen minutes, the third one. However, "Sūduva" found some consolation in the late goal by Afanasenko, who replaced Sagnai.
