Next year, for the fervent fans of the upcoming World Football Championship, Russia is preparing a sobriety network, wrote lrytas.lt.
For some cities, this is just a pretext to open more shelter places for Russian fans who enjoy drinking.
About such a gift, the main psychiatrist and narcologist of the Russian Ministry of Health, Yevgeny Bryunas, stated almost a year ago.
"In 2018, sobriety centers will definitely be opened. This is a complex problem, and as the championship approaches, there will be drunken fans. Now the issue is being resolved at the regional level," explained the narcologist. J. Bryunas announced that sobriety centers will open in all Russian cities where the World Football Championship matches will take place.
It is a frightening idea, although in the former Soviet Union, the network of medical sobriety centers was very extensive - more than 1000.
