Rafael van der Vaart unexpectedly expressed his desire to return to the Madrid club, even though just seven months ago he moved to Tottenham in London.
The attacking midfielder demonstrates excellent form and is one of the leaders of the English team, but it is unlikely that he will stay here.
"My son Damien is the greatest joy of my life. He speaks Spanish and English, but he always asks me: 'Dad, why don't we have a pool here? There is no sun. It's not as good here as it is in Madrid'," van der Vaart told the newspaper "Metro".
He added: "We especially love Madrid. Returning and putting on the Real jersey again would be special."
