S. Allardyce leaves "Crystal Palace" due to personal reasons

On the official website of London's "Crystal Palace" club, it is announced that 62-year-old football specialist Sam Allardyce is no longer working with the team.

After a scandalous incident that led to S. Allardyce leaving his position as the coach of the England national team, "Crystal Palace" called the strategist to join their team at the end of December and signed a 2.5-year contract.

Sam Allardyce's goal was to keep the "Crystal Palace" club in the English Premier League. Under the strategist's leadership, the capital team managed to achieve this goal and finished the season in 14th place.

It was certain that S. Allardyce would continue his work with the "Crystal Palace" club, but due to personal reasons, the Englishman decided to step down from his head coach duties.

According to Sam Allardyce himself, he feels the scandal, when his illegal activities with player acquisitions were revealed in a special investigation by English journalists, and wants to take a break from football because of it.

The strategist mentioned that he wants to spend much more time with his family, travel to various places, and spend money in different ways. Sam Allardyce also stated that he will not be looking for new work in the coming years.
