Serge'as Aurier left Paris Saint-Germain without a reason. The footballer moved from PSG to Tottenham because his former team did not appreciate him.
The player claims that his statistics prove he was one of the most influential defenders in the Ligue 1 championship.
The footballer moved from France to England for 23 million pounds sterling.
"I wanted a new life because PSG did not appreciate me. They cared about other things, but not football. Looking at the statistics, I was the defender who had the most influence in the Ligue 1 championship from 2013 onwards. I also won nine trophies with PSG," said the footballer.
"Now I feel free. PSG offered me a new three-year contract, but I left them for another adventure in my life. I rejected their offer for many reasons. I wanted to see a different life," added S. Aurier.
