S. Blatter: UEFA cheats in its tournament draws

Involved in an unprecedented corruption scandal, former FIFA president Sepp Blatter, now giving an interview, stated that UEFA manipulates the draw process in their tournaments.

S. Blatter, banned from football for six years, claims that UEFA uses the principle of "hot and cold" balls. According to the 80-year-old businessman, before the draw ceremony, some "special" balls are cooled or heated.

S. Blatter claims that he did not participate in the games himself and denied that a similar draw process could have been used in FIFA tournaments.

"I never touched the balls," said S. Blatter. "But I know they can be marked, heated up or cooled down."

"I have seen it being done in European tournaments, but FIFA never did that. Of course, these things can happen in this federation as well."

"It's a simple process: some balls are cooled, while others are heated. Later, when drawing them, it's easy to distinguish which one to pick," said the Swiss man as he presented his accusations against UEFA.

Asked about the corruption scandal in the FIFA community, the main character of this story, S. Blatter, responded: "Blatter is not corrupt. Investigators tried to find evidence against me, but they show nothing. There is no evidence that I have broken any laws. FIFA is not corrupt, it is untarnished."
