"Barcelona" fans' mood has improved after yesterday's match thanks to the news about Sergio Busquets - a new contract signed with one of the team's key players.
The 30-year-old defensive midfielder has put his signature on a contract that will be valid until 2023. His previous Catalan contract ended two years earlier.
The contract will include a significantly higher buyout clause - from a 200 million sum it has increased to 500 million euros.
S. Busquets has been playing in the main "Barcelona" team for ten years already. During that period, the midfielder has managed to play 490 matches and score 13 goals.
Even more impressive is the trophy cabinet - already won 29 titles.
