„Barcelona“ defender Sergio Busquets believes that he would fit in with the style of play in the Premier League and says that he would like to try playing in England one day.
The Spaniard is one of the key players in Luis Enrique's team this season and it is very likely that he will appear in tomorrow's UEFA Champions League match against „Manchester City“.
The 26-year-old footballer has won two Champions League trophies and four La Liga titles with „Barca“. He says that he feels happy in Catalonia, but does not rule out the possibility of moving to England in the future.
„I admire the Premier League for its style and quality. Perhaps after many years of playing the same football, I might get tired, but it is completely different there“, Busquets told The Guardian.
„The stadiums are always full, the pitches are good, there is a different press, people and football culture. Everyone speaks well of England, so I would like to try everything for myself.“
„There is more space and opportunities to enjoy the game. It is more based on physical strength, more intense, but I think I would feel good. I cannot say for sure that I would definitely play there, because everything changes and, besides, I have always said that I want to stay at „Barca“ for many years, although this possibility does interest me.“
