London's "Arsenal" team is leaving another player in a short time to become a legend - Santi Cazorla no longer renewing his contract with the "Gunners".
The 33-year-old midfielder arrived at "Arsenal" in 2012 and immediately became one of the brightest stars of the team. In his first season, the Spaniard scored 12 goals.
However, the rest of the footballer's career did not go well - since 2016 he practically did not play. S. Cazorla had serious problems with his ankle - he underwent so many operations that there was even talk of amputation.
At the end of the season, S. Cazorla started training with the team, but did not have the opportunity to play the last matches. It is believed that the midfielder will return to Spain and try to prepare for the new season with one of the "La Liga" clubs.
In total, S. Cazorla played 180 matches for the "Arsenal" team, scored 29 goals, made 46 assists, and won two FA Cups.
#GraciasSanti for the 180 appearances, the 29 goals, the 46 assists, the cup final free-kick, the masterclass at Man City, the Panenka, the crazy footwork, the laughs, the corners with either foot, the goals in the north London derby and for always making us smile @19SCazorla pic.twitter.com/uIyi2JMetH
