S. Fofana officially signed a long-term contract with Stade Rennais club.

"Rennes" club has officially announced its first signing of the winter transfer window.

This is midfielder Seko Fofana, who was previously with Riyadh's "Al-Nassr".

The player, who holds Ivory Coast citizenship, transferred to the "Ligue 1" team for 20 million euros and signed a contract until 2029.

S. Fofana played for "Al-Nassr" during the 2022-23 season, and has been loaned to another Saudi Arabian club, "Al-Ettifaq", for the last two seasons.

29-year-old Seko Fofana scored one goal in 19 matches this season.
