Madrid's "Real" defender Sami Khedira, whose contract ends this summer, confirmed that he will leave the club.
The German national team member is linked with a return to the "Bundesliga", with interest from Munich's "Bayern" and Gelsenkirchen's "Schalke".
This season, Khedira lost his place in the starting lineup to Toni Kroos and Luka Modric. In addition, the German played only 11 matches due to injury.
"I love Madrid's 'Real', it will be difficult to leave this club," the defender told Marca.
"Until the last day of my contract, I will give my all wearing these jerseys, you should not doubt that," he added.
