S. King left the Kaunas district's 'Hegelmann' club.

After spending one and a half years in the blue and white ranks and becoming the vice-champion of the "TOPsport A lyga," Steve Kingue will not return to Kaunas district next season – at the end of the contract, the Cameroonian and the club decided to part ways.

The athletic defender, distinguished by his excellent physical attributes, arrived in Lithuania in August 2023 and soon earned a place in the team's starting lineup.

"I am excited to announce that the time has come to leave the club and spread my wings for a new challenge. I would like to personally thank each coach, staff member, and fan for the emotions we've shared and the goals we've achieved together. I leave with a heart full of gratitude and hope that our paths will cross again,” stated the Cameroonian upon farewell.

During his time with FC "Hegelmann," S. Kingue played 49 matches in the A lyga championship and LFF Cup competitions. Throughout these matches, the center-back managed to score 7 goals.

In the last season, the defender from Cameroon played the most minutes in the A lyga among all FC "Hegelmann" players.
