One of Mesut Ozil's best friends in the London team Arsenal Sead Kolasinac believes that the German deserves more playing minutes.
The 31-year-old defender played in the quarterfinals of the English League Cup against Liverpool on Wednesday, but he is practically not getting a chance to show himself in the Premier League.
Kolasinac revealed that Ozil is somewhat upset about this.
"Mesut is a dedicated player. Of course, he is somewhat disappointed with the situation, but you will never see it during training sessions. He does what he can, does extra training sessions, and tries to get back to the level he needs to be as quickly as possible.
He has many exceptional qualities. We often stand out when Mesut is in the starting lineup because opponents double up on defense against him, which opens up more space for other players. This really makes the game easier and sometimes even changes the outcome of the match.
Each of us knows his abilities on the field. He is still one of the best in Europe and with him we can achieve a lot," - the defender didn't spare kind words for his teammate.
