Former "Real" Madrid player and one of Florentino Perez's "galacticos" signings Steve McManaman claims that the president of "Real" Madrid has a huge desire to bring Neymar to the Spanish capital, but in McManaman's opinion, he could try to get Kylian Mbappe in place of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Both players were linked with "Real" Madrid this summer after C. Ronaldo left the team. However, the "whites" quickly denied this information and ultimately no offers were made for either of the mentioned players.
"If Neymar arrives at the club, the situation will be complicated, as he has already played at Barcelona. However, I know that Perez really wanted him," said the Englishman.
"But if we look at players who could be the team's stars for the next 10 years, Kylian Mbappe would be the main target. He is only 19 years old, and his star is already shining bright. If I had to choose one of them to replace Ronaldo, I would undoubtedly choose Mbappe," McManaman added.
