Scott McTominay revealed that he still maintains warm relations with former Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho.
The 22-year-old midfielder currently plays a crucial role in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team. The first one to notice the player's talent was J. Mourinho, who gave him the opportunity to debut in the first team.
As S. McTominay stated, J. Mourinho always brings back good memories for him.
"Jose is an exceptional personality for me. He still keeps in touch with me and reaches out after some matches," revealed the midfielder.
"He will always hold a special place in my and my family's hearts. He is the one who brought me into this team and showed trust in me.
I am forever grateful for what he has done for me. If it weren't for him, I don't know if I would be sitting in this position today," added the midfielder.
S. McTominay has already played nine matches this season and scored one goal.
