One of the brightest foreign legionnaires of the last two seasons, Samuel Odeoyibo, will continue to wear the jersey of the Kaunas district club.

The 30-year-old central defender from Nigeria has extended his contract with the blue and white team and will once again be one of the main pillars of the defense.

In 69 matches during the past and previous seasons, the footballer scored 7 goals and made one assist. S. Odeoyibo also added two precise strikes in the 2022 LFF Cup matches, with the most memorable being the defender's goal equalizing the result in the cup final.

Earlier, Austrian Denis Bosnjak and Brazilian Hugo Figueredo also extended their contracts with the blue and white team. The club has already been reinforced by five new players - Douglas Cruzas, Arijus Brazinskas, Kipras Olsauskas, Matas Vareika, and Artemas Scedras.
