The daily newspaper of the Spanish capital "Marca" announces that Sergio Ramos and Madrid's "Real" have reached an agreement on a new contract.
According to the mentioned source, the 29-year-old center-back has agreed to put his signature on a contract valid until 2020. The footballer will earn 9 or 10 million euros per season, although "Real" aimed to negotiate a salary of 7 million euros.
Recently, there have been rumors in the press that S. Ramos is willing to leave Madrid and move to "Manchester United". The "Red Devils" want to see the Spaniard in their ranks, but the defender is satisfied with the current team.
It is speculated that both parties will officially announce the successful negotiations at the beginning of the new season.
