Having won almost every possible trophy with Madrid's "Real" club and the Spanish national team, Sergio Ramos has set his sights on an Olympic medal.
According to the Spanish media, the 33-year-old defender expressed his desire to represent his country at next year's Olympic Games, which will start on July 24.
That same summer, the Spanish men's national team will also participate in the European Championship, where undoubtedly the team captain will also be present.
Nevertheless, S. Ramos is still considering competing for Olympic gold. It is worth noting that in the Olympics, three football players older than 23 can be included in the teams.
This idea was not welcomed with joy by either the Spanish Football Federation or the Madrid "Real" club.
