S. Solari before another "El Clasico": "In the first match, it wasn't all that bad"

Today evening Spanish football fans are waiting for another "Real" and "Barcelona" clubs clash in Madrid. Just four days ago these teams fought against each other for a place in the King's Cup final. The match turned out to be very sad for the host "Real" club, which conceded three goals in the second half and was once again humiliated in their own stadium. This time the teams will fight for three points in the Spanish league, but the venue remains the same - the match will be played at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium. Despite the sad result in the last "El Clasico", Madrid's coach Santiago Solari insists that things weren't all bad in that match. "Barcelona" only managed two shots on target, which shows that we did a lot of things right in the match," the coach stated at a press conference. "It's hard to say that when you know the final result, but we really played a good game." If Madrid's "Real" wins, they would reduce the gap between them and "Barca" in the "La Liga" standings to just six points, making the price of this match huge. "We are trying to go for the three points. We will go into the match with great enthusiasm and determination. We always try to improve certain aspects of the game, but we don't always succeed in executing everything. We gave everything to reach the King's Cup final, but now we need to forget about that and focus on the league," added S. Solari.
