This month marks the elite stage of the FIFA futsal World Cup qualifiers for the next year.
Twenty teams remaining in the qualifiers were divided into five groups of four teams each.
Teams in the groups will play two matches at home and away. Then the group winners will automatically advance to the main stage of the World Cup, and the four best second-placed teams will compete in the knockout stage for the remaining two tickets.
On Saturday, September 16, in the city of Chemnitz, the national teams of Germany and Croatia will meet.
The match will start at 7:30 PM Lithuanian time, with Lithuanian Šarūnas Tamulynas serving as the referee inspector. The referees for the match will be from Belgium - Stefan Vrijens, Juan Boelen, and Jiri Bergs.
This qualifying group also features the national futsal teams of France and Slovakia.
