On Monday evening, the 30th round of the Italian "Serie A" championship ended.
The last round of matches took place at the 'San Siro' stadium, where the local team Milano "Inter" clashed with "Sampdoria". The fashion capital team took the lead in the first half, but in the second half, they let the victory slip from their hands - the visitors triumphed with a 2-1 result.
In the 35th minute, Danilo D'Ambrossio put the hosts ahead with a precise strike. Throughout the first half, the "Inter" team managed to maintain their advantage, but the next 45 minutes turned out to be successful for their opponents.
In the 50th minute, Patrik Schick equalized the score. Later, there was a deadlock in the game, but in the 85th minute, a penalty of 11 meters was awarded to "Inter", which Fabio Quagliarella successfully converted.
"Sampdoria" added three points to their tally after the victory, but they are still 7 points behind the eighth-placed team, "Fiorentina". "Inter" remains in sixth position with 55 points.
