FIFA President Gianni Infantino urges to take reforms in the final stage of the Women's World Cup.
The organization's leader was very pleased with the fiesta held in France this summer and would like to see more teams in the future at the event.
According to G.Infantino, the number of teams should be expanded from 24 to 32.
It should be decided in the coming years so that the future host of the football event has the best possible opportunities to prepare.
Many countries are vying to host the 2023 championship: Brazil, PAR, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Colombia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea.
"We will need to react quickly if we want to see more teams in just four years," said G.Infantino.
In the first World Cup in 1991, 12 teams participated, in 1999 - 16, in 2015 - already 24 teams.
