Samara 1:1 Moscow
For three years now, the Samara club has been unable to beat the army club. During these three years, the Samara team tried various tactics, but the red-blue team never lost at least. Both teams did not need additional motivation. The defending champions started the tournament with two matches without winning a single victory. And the ambitious "Krylja Sovetov" are at the bottom of the standings, having lost to Volgograd "Rotor" in the previous round. So the fans were only waiting for a victory from their favorites. The entire first half was dominated by "CSKA". In several episodes, the hosts were saved by the goalkeeper Poliakov, while in other cases, the soldiers themselves stopped just short of the opponents' goal. However, in the 22nd minute, no one could save "Krylja Sovetov" anymore: Rolan Gusev neatly directed the ball into the goal with a penalty kick, and the guests took the lead - 1:0.
St. Petersburg 2:2 Ramenskoye
Last year's silver medalist in the championship failed to defeat the Moscow "Saturn" club in their home match. The draw was the fairest outcome of the match, where each team had a clear advantage. But each in their half.
Moscow 5:0 Volgograd
Moscow's "Dynamo" crushed Volgograd's "Rotor" on their home turf. Yaroslav Gzebik's team once again proved that they can achieve something in this year's tournament.
Kazan 1:1 Rostov-on-Don
In the first home match, last year's bronze medalist Kazan's "Rubin" club failed to defeat the "Rostov" club. Scoring a goal in the 21st minute, the Kazan players allowed the opponents to equalize at the beginning of the second half, and no matter how hard they tried afterwards, the Rostov defense worked flawlessly.
