Gelsenkirchen's "Schalke" sporting director Christian Heidel denied rumors that he had reached an agreement with "Manchester City" regarding the sale of Leroy Sane.
Various reports have already announced that the German talent will move to England for 40 million pounds sterling.
Nevertheless, it seems that these talks are unfounded.
"This story is not true. Nothing has changed regarding Leroy Sane," Heidel told Bild.
On the other hand, the "Cityzens" are not the only ones interested in having the forward in their ranks, so the director's words do not necessarily mean that the twenty-year-old will stay with "Schalke".
This season, Sane scored nine goals and made seven assists in 42 matches in all competitions.
