On Friday evening, the 18th round of the German Bundesliga championship started.
The first match took place in Gelzenkirchen, where "Schalke" hosted guests from Frankfurt with the support of their fans. After a fierce battle, "Eintracht" defeated the home team with a score of 1-0.
The goal that brought victory to the guests came in the 33rd minute of the match - Alexander Meier sent the ball into the opponent's goal after a well-played set piece.
Throughout the remaining time, "Schalke" tried to equalize the score and created several dangerous opportunities, but the well-organized Frankfurt team maintained their advantage and secured the victory.
