Liverpool's "Everton" club has extended its contract with one of the best players of the past season, Seamus Coleman.
The right-back, who had a great last season, has signed a five-year contract with the "toffees" and should stay at the club until 2019.
"I like playing for this club, so I am happy to have the opportunity to link my future with the team. I have been playing for Everton for five years and I enjoy working with the players, coaches, and staff of this team, so I am happy that I signed a new contract," said the 25-year-old player.
"With such a coach and players that we have here, we are moving in the right direction."
S. Coleman, who was selected for the symbolic championship team last season, is following in manager Roberto Martinez's footsteps. The head coach of the team also signed a five-year contract last month.
