Soccer fans were greatly surprised when they saw forward Neymar near the arena stands during yesterday's World Cup match between Switzerland and Brazil teams (0:1).
Fans rushed to take photos with the most expensive player of all time, while the stadium security acted very respectfully towards the athlete and allowed him to wander wherever his heart desired.
However, it later turned out that it was just Neymar's look-alike, who had been previously spotted walking the streets of Doha.
Meanwhile, the real Neymar, who was not registered for the match, had to undergo treatment for a shin injury and did not even attend the game.
This information was confirmed by the footballer himself, who posted a photo on social media showing him watching the live broadcast of the match.
As for how this "prank" ended for Neymar's look-alike, it is not currently reported.
