Another London team fell in Nottingham, where the local Forest convincingly defeated Antonio Conte's disciples 2-0, despite the fact that they played with the strongest lineup.
Liverpool narrowly escaped with Derby County. The main time ended 0-0, and in the penalty shootout, the "Reds" were already behind 1-2 at one point, but Caoimhin Kelleher helped his team to climb out of trouble.
