"Serie A" teams have made the final decision regarding the duration of the upcoming transfer window.
It has been officially announced that Italian teams will be able to buy new players throughout the whole month of January, meaning that the earlier rumors about allowing clubs to make signings only in the first two weeks of 2019 did not come true.
Last summer, the "Serie A" league shortened the transfer window for players and, together with the "Premier" championship, closed it in mid-August.
It was also announced during the meeting that Luigi De Siervo has been appointed as the new administrator of the Italian league.
