"Serie A" clubs have made a joint decision to cut players' salaries. Teams affected by the crisis caused by the coronavirus discussed during a video conference and 19 out of 20 teams agreed to tighten their belts. The only Turin club "Juventus" had already reached an agreement with their players and staff. It is said that if the "Serie A" season is resumed, then athletes would not receive part of their annual salary. If the competitions were to be completely suspended, players would have to accept a third less annual income.
