Serie A: "Fiorentina" overtakes "Bologna" as "Napoli" falls behind, "Milan" loses points (VIDEO)

Today there are seven more matches in the Italian championship.

The day started with an unexpected result - the team that beat Napoli last round, Inter Milan, lost to league newcomer Bologna and dropped from first to third place.

The winners included Mattia Destro, who scored a double, and Luca Rossettini, who scored another goal. Maurizio Sarri's team also had two accurate strikes from Gonzalo Higuain, but the Argentine only spoke up at the end of the match when the score was already 3-0.

In the Southern Italy matchup, Fiorentina took advantage of Napoli's stumble and easily defeated Udinese at home. Milan Badelj, Josip Iličič, and Gonzalo Rodriguez were the scorers for Fiorentina.

After these matches, the situation in the tournament table is very tight - the top three positions are separated by just one point, with Roma and Juventus hot on the heels of the leaders.

In the evening match, one of the championship's underdogs, Carpi, couldn't beat Milan. Despite dominating in almost all statistical categories, the final whistle saw a 0-0 result.

After losing two points, the "fashion capital" footballers slipped to eighth place.
