Serie A: "Inter" defeated "Hellas", while "Juventus" and "Roma" lost points

Eight matches of the Italian championship were played last night.

In the fifth round match, the excellent start to the season Milano "Inter" players added another victory to their record, forcing Verona's "Hellas" to surrender after a fierce battle at home.

Roberto Mancini's pupils brought victory through the duo of newcomers Alex Telles and Felipe Melo, with the former delivering a precise pass to the Brazilian who scored the only goal of the match.

The team from the fashion capital confidently leads the tournament table with 15 points out of as many possible for now.

Meanwhile, defending champion Turin's "Juventus" continues to collect points. Although it seemed that the "bianconeri" would be able to beat the league newcomer "Frosinone" at home and secure their second consecutive victory, Simone Zaza's fragile lead at the end of the match was nullified by Leonardo Blanchard.

Victories were also celebrated by the second-placed Fiorentina and Romas Lazio club, who recovered after a stumbling failure against Napoli. "Viola" forced "Bologna" to surrender, while the capital team overwhelmed "Genoa" at home.

The country's vice champion "Roma", despite their great ambitions, is struggling. Rudi Garcia's squad immediately lost to Genoa's "Sampdoria" on the road, where Eder's goal and Manolo Kosta's own goal led to victory. Mohamed Salah stood out in the "Giallorossi" ranks.
