Today continues the battles of the Italian championship.
In the match that took place during the day, the "Milan" club suffered another defeat, this time acknowledging the advantage of "Sassuolo" as visitors. The hosts were already ahead thanks to a double by forward Domenico Berardi in the first half-hour, but the "rossoneri" found the strength to fight back and the result became level in the beginning of the second half after goals from Giacomo Bonaventura and Alex.
However, not long after, the same Bonaventura earned a second yellow card and without him, the footballers from the "fashion capital" had to pull the ball out of their own net once again. Berardi then accurately struck and scored a hat-trick, and at the end of the match, Suso was also sent off the field.
Filippo Inzaghi's players are now ranked in eleventh place, while "Sassuolo" is in thirteenth.
In the last match of the evening, "Roma" fought at home against "Udinese" for the silver. Rudi Garcia's players celebrated three points only after a tough battle.
Stipe Perica had put the visitors ahead in the 19th minute, but Radja Nainggolan and Vasilios Torosidis, following captain Francesco Totti's passes, helped the team secure a very important victory.
The "Giallorossi" once again moved forward in the race for second place by just one point.
