Serie A: "Napoli" and "Udinese" dropped points, Milan derby ended peacefully

On Sunday, the twelfth round of the top Italian league continues. Several unexpected results occurred.

In third place, "Napoli" played a high-scoring draw at home against "Cagliari", who were on the brink of relegation. Rafa Benitez's players failed to maintain their lead both at 2-0 and 3-2, losing points. Interestingly, out of nine shots by the visiting team, eight went into the goal area. Meanwhile, the Neapolitans controlled the ball for a slightly longer period.

In Udine, the home team also took the lead but ultimately settled for a draw. The match against Verona's "Chievo", in eighteenth place, ended in a 1-1 draw.

The other team from Verona, "Hellas", suffered a home defeat against the players of Fiorentina from Florence. The author of the winning goal was the Ecuadorian Juan Cuadrado, who was sought after by the giants of Europe in the summer.

Another draw was recorded at the "San Siro" stadium, where the Milan derby was played. The neighboring teams in the league table engaged in a fierce battle, with the statistics being even. "Rossoneri" took the lead when Jeremy Menez scored after a pass from Stephan El Shaarawy.

After the first half, the score was 1-0 in favor of Milan. However, after an hour of play, "Inter" equalized with a penalty scored by Joel Obi. In the remaining half-hour, the spectators did not see any accurate shots.
