Serie A: "Roma" defeated "Napoli", "Fiorentina" beat "Sampdoria", while "Juventus" crushed "Empoli"

It seems that Italians really care about Christian holidays because today all ten matches of the 29th round of the "Serie A" were played.

In the matches that started the earliest, the clubs "Roma" and "Napoli" met to fight for positions on the winners' podium. In the match that took place in the Italian capital, the hosts were gifted victory by the only goal of Miralem Pjanic, scored after a pass from Alessandro Florenzi. "Giallorossi" continue to outperform the team from the same city, "Lazio", who beat "Cagliari" today, while "Napoli" is already eight points away from the third place.

An interesting battle also took place at the "San Siro" stadium. The Milan "Inter" players, playing at home, could not secure three points against the financially troubled "Parma". The goal by Fredy Guarin was answered by a precise strike from Andi Lila, and the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, the other fashion capital club, "Milan", managed to overcome resistance from "Palermo" as guests. Filippo Inzaghi's players were put ahead by Alessio Cerci in the first half, but in the 72nd minute, the young talent from Argentina, Paulo Dybala, equalized with an 11-meter penalty. However, Milan expanded their victory 11 minutes later thanks to this season's attacking leader Jeremy Menez. After the victory, "Milan" managed to secure the eighth place.

Victory was also celebrated by the Florence club "Fiorentina", which moved up to fourth place. Vincenzo Montella's squad defeated Genoa's "Sampdoria" at home, with shining performances from Alessandro Diamanti and Mohamed Salah.

The reigning champions and this year's dominant Turin team "Juventus" enjoyed another victory - this time at home against "Empoli". Carlos Tevez scored a goal at the end of the first half, and Roberto Pereyra added another at the end of the second half.
