Sevilla, determined to return to the UEFA Champions League, received reinforcement in the safe line. Andalusian team officially confirmed that until the end of the season, 23-year-old defender Marko Rog from Napoli is joining the team. The contract does not include an option to buy out the Croatian contract. Considered highly promising, the defender did not establish himself in the Napoli lineup under Carlo Ancelotti and played only 11 matches this season. M. Rog has been playing for Napoli since 2016. He came to Italy from Zagreb's "Dinamo". Last season, the Croatian appeared in 37 matches and scored one goal.
Marko Rog passa al @SevillaFC in prestito secco fino a giugno 2019. In bocca al lupo!
